@@Igzileehonestly, i don’t blame them. what we’re taught as children, don’t always apply when we broaden our vocabulary. o_e was one of the rules i believe, meaning it would be pronounced as o. oo is a long o, applying to loose. it’s a common mistake simply for it’s unnecessary form of spelling.

OMG I was the Page Turner for my brother when he played piano in a contest. It's so stressful, most of the time the songs are very fast so it's very difficult to keep up, and it's like "if I mess up he messes up and then he will lose the contest because of me". I think I was more nervous than he was prior to the contest😅

My Dad took our family to see Victor Borge in the early 1980s. He was so excited but the kids were kind of wondering how good a show with just a pianist could be. It was amazing. He was a terrific performer. And among the comedy bits he'd play since of the most beautiful pieces.
