this is really interesting, but considering the Macadamia has the hardest shell of all nuts, I was most curious to see how they were shelled, and how the machine worked. if you have any information about this that would be really cool!

Look at a simpler machine that does cracking only at - kzbin.info/www/bejne/bZCthYOvZ5Zli7c - There are simpler ones, the simplest being a single nut cracker.

first the video editor should at least have explained to the viewers what each step entails or include some subtitles. secondly some good level of hygiene should be practiced,like use of mouth masks to prevent the likes of salmonella.otherwise not a bad start

This video must have been recorded way back but not in 2019. Most likely when the company was starting out. It has improved a lot more and the workers wear face masks and gloves. Stypyllococcus is spread through and sweat and they've largely taken measures to avoid that.
