I will look at it the diet probably print it out, I have a great doctor now here finally the only prescription I have gotten is diet and movement being mindful seems like after 30 years of chronic pain all I had to do was reduce my inflammation!! But of course I am a complicated case with many immune problems but I tell you Dr. Haider before I found him my friend sent me here so truly you are blessing to many! The sad thing and I try not to dwell but all the energy money and pharma I may have tipped the million dollar mark....would love to start a co-op farm maybe someday! Just glad to back among the living! So I picked some of my fresh lemon balm and placed it in a jar back in August. I forgot about it but found it today. I strained it but it’s a dark color like tea. Did it spoil? If it isn’t spoiled I bet it’s wildly potent after soaking that long. lol

Back in the summer when I was out gardening I’d pinch a couple of leafs off the lemon balm then chew them for a measure of time. Even using it like that I noticed pronounced effects.

Is it okay for Hashimoto's? You said it regulates but you also said it can lower the thyroid hormone. I have some symptoms of graves in that I get Revy feeling but my test results show Hashimoto's. All herbs - Supplements- and medications should only be used for 7 to 10 days. After that they place a burden on our liver - Kidneys - and nervous system. Except those herbs that are considered food such as Chlorella and Turmeric and other food herbs that can be taken for long periods of time. Most food type herbs are fine. Remember- All Herbs such as Valerian eventually became Valium so they are potent and must be used in a good way. And even some spices like nutmeg and cloves should be used in moderation. If you must continue using something take a 7 day break and then repeat the usage if needed - but remember herbs are like medications they are powerful so use them in moderation. Is lemon balm your go-to for sleep/insomnia/bedtime anxiety due to having insomnia. I use to have severa insomnia, now it is about a 3 out of 10. Even the breathing one I'll try while going to sleep to keep my mind focused. Love your happy, cheerful attitude. Its also nice to see a person giving all their knowledge and not looking for loads of money. Says alot about you as a human being.
