G'day Paul, good tip for anyone who wants to replace the cork material from a push pull fuel tap, l have been making mine for ever and also for friends, you'll be back on the tools soon enough but before then, have a wonderful new year and thanks for all the advice and road trips throughout the year just gone, your the best, cheers mate, Neil 🤠.

Always receive a 👍 from me on your videos Paul. One of my older bikes, a 1958 t100, has brass fuel taps with a tapered design with a spring to hold the taper in its housing to form a seal. My original owners manual says to periodically disassemble the taps and use beef tallow as a lubricant. This works great and isn’t dissolved by fuel like petroleum based lubricants would be.
