Can't beat Wednesday flowers and a shave. I always learn something when watching your videos. Could be about shaving or a joke or an anecdote. It's funny about Dickinson's witch hazel. When I first started using it, the smell was a bit off-putting. But over the years I've gotten to where I actually enjoy the scent. Have a great rest of the week. Nice shave Paul🪒🪒 Used to use Colgate back in the day, good soap. Old school Schick razor did the job. Beautiful flowers as usual, thanks Mrs H. SOTD: Palmolive cream, PAA synth brush, Rockwell 6C razor w/Polsilver blade, alum, witch hazel, Pitralon Swiss splash and AV 5in1 balm to end...Great. Nice video and results today, thanks. SOTD was a bit hurried😳. I was running a tad late so I used my Harry’s Truman with Pinaud Clubman Shave Butter, Lavender WH, followed with Clubman AS. Lovely arrangement by Mrs. H! Have a good rest of the week, Paul!😊

Hey Paul! Its amazing how the old fashioned, vintage soaps still work extremely well! Vintage Williams, Colgate, and Old Spice! I know the scents have faded so what I do is just add my favorite aftershave to the puck! Works pretty good! That Schick Krona is an underrated vessel of shaving delight😂😂! Thanks for doing the classic shaves! You don’t need to have the most expensive gear to enjoy a relaxing shave! To me, nothing beats the vintage gear! I am sure when Mrs H is in the house, she knows what part of the shave your doing, when its pick up time. If I heard 3 2 1 pick up time, then I'd raise both my hands in the air, and say, WOOHOO! 😁

I find mixing a cream and a soap can enrich a lather and even enhance an otherwise dull scent, like you said we all tend to have bits and pieces just sitting in the shaving drawer not getting used, so why not have some fun.👍🤠

I loved this shave. When i started shaving as a teenager. Long before i used de razors. I always used what was called mug shaving soaps back then. Colgate was one that was readily available in stores. Also Williams and even Burma Shave. none had the scents of todays soaps. But i enjoyed them. Nice memories with this one Paul. No sotd for me today. You and mrs h have a great week

Hi Paul S.O.T.D. Rex Envoy, Nacet, TOBS Simpson brush. I love the short handle razors always feel I get a better shave. Personal choice. I see so many razors I would like but we have to be sensible. I have a shaving mirror which came with a bowl like that, and a razor which is of the Gillette Mach III cartridge variety. Those type of bowls are also sold as pet food bowls, so my cat, Sarge, has one for food, and one for his water. All the best to you and the missus. Lovely pink flowers 🌺🌹

Very nice bbs shave Paul I am 25 years old and I love shaving my head but never my face the last time I was clean shaven was 2015 to 2015 and 2016 to 2017 I used to have a very good big beard but there is still mantinuts oil balm beard trimmers to for 25 years of my life and age I always have a beard of any length and style??
