Yall remember when Townhomes were cheaper alternatives to an actual house on a plot of land? Like are we serious 700,000 to hear my neighbors TV through the wall, laughable.

I prefer a corner lot ...💯 Townhomes that sit in the center are very uncomfortable to me personally. Beautiful home though...!!!

If i had to change anything about this it would be to have a bedroom on the main floor less stairs into the house all bathrooms would have a tub the washer dryer would be on main floor and a decent sized back yard ❤

As usual, the tacky wire rack as opposed to shelves are a mainstay in GA, with the exception of the primary bedroom. I've yet to see that in the major cities of TX, FL, Charlotte either.

Love the townhouse but master closet is too small for 2 people

U just walked past the master bathroom shower like it wasn't important. I would've liked a closer look. It looked like it had some seating in there, and for that price, a waterfall showerhead would have been a nice feature. I didn't see that. Overall, the price is way too high. You might as well get a single family home with way more square footage.
