900,000? I would've guessed 700,000 at highest. I would've loved it if the backyard was extended a lot further out with the neighbors being at least 2 houses distance away. I'm from the Caribbean and one thing about us is that we party louder and harder than anyone else in the world. The neighbors are very close to this house and we'd just get on their bad side with our backyard events. Haha.

You'd think a house this size would have bigger closets. Only the master suite had decent closet space! The deck is on the small side and the house is way too close to the neighbors. The bed rooms are nice ( except for those dinky closets) and the basement is awesome.

Omg this home is EVERYTHING! I'm like the only one that likes the master up so I can be closer to my kids. That master is the Bomb! Love love love the finished basement, a total man cave.💞💞💞
