I enjoy your C10 videos as mine came to me after my son bought to start a business, then quit, gave to me. The rear window on 67’s was a standard small with optional large. This one had a camper type bolted in after the previous owner cut it with tin snips. Not a straight cut anywhere. A friend loaned me a saws-all with 3 batteries. I found one in a yard and over cut it. Bonus, it had a slider installed. After separating the two halves, cleaned, cold galvanized and spent 4 hours measuring, I dove in. The inner and outer cab window parts where sanded then flanged. It was 42 vise grip job, but plug welded 4” apart. The sheet metal gods where on my side and the flanged fit to OEM cab, left a 1/8” gap for MIG welding. I feel great for that this truck had less rust, even signs of rust after living in Nebraska for a time. The door had more than the cab. Once done, I used a pro-rust-application pot that has 6 different hose/tips and have 23 qt. bottles of waxy product. I made sure all weep holes in rockers, doors where open. I can’t stop watching your videos as I am not able to stand or walk. At 6’3” my lumbar burns and my lumbar fusion was postponed. That’s part of April 2020 as it is now. Hospital is empty & 2/3rds. of cleaning, lab, nurses sent home. It’s my problem but I do enjoy your work. I am subscribed, liked and hit the bell. I review past videos on your list. I grew up with a 65 Apache as my first vehicle. $150 won’t go that far now! ASE Master Tech since 78.

You make it look simple. I thought mixing pudy on carbboard was a no no I bought some small plastic cutting boards that I use to mix my expoise and fillers on.
