Thanks. I'm going to practice using this method. I used to do many portraits but have been out of practice so so so many years. Really trying to get back into regular work. Family medical issues has really taken time from my personal life for quite a few years now. I'm really looking at ways to put in regular 15-30 minute a day, or at least most day, practices. For my guitar practice as well. Plus, I run nightly as well. There just doesn't seem to be enough time and priorities must take precedence. Wow, it can be tough! Love your videos!

Hi Paul just wanted to say I love your video series and thank yiu for passing on the knowledge. I've been interested in art and drawing most of my life but never did anything with it because I: got too frustrated at slow progress, wasn't shown the proper techniques, couldn't grasp the techniques as a youngster the same way I can as an adult or I was just too thick headed as a youngster to ne taught the concepts.......lol. I've been injured out of work the past few months and haven't been able to do much of anything so I decided to give drawing another go. I hope there is a way to share pictures alo n g with this comment because I'd love to show you my progress after just a few short weeks. Seeing dramatic improvement in a short time is a great morale booster and confidence builder. Just in case I can't, thank you again and keep up the good work.

Not sure what you mean here, are you talking about portraiture or something else. On a basic level using the system invented by the ancient Greeks, the golden section would be a good starting point. Paul
