Never played lacrosse before until I saw your tutorials, ever since than I have followed the blog everyday. It inspired me to go out and get a lacrosse stick. I bought one but apparently it has a kids shaft. I anyway, now I am going to try and play for my school team next year. (Been doing your everyday stick work routine for the past few weeks and it has really helped me👍)

Paul, I have been playing lax for 4 years. Three on defense and one on middy. I'm really having a hard time doing anything good on the field or feeling like I played well. Even when we win I walk off the field pissed. I'm busting my ass every practice and every game with no improvements. And then todays game came along and I'm kinda at the end of the string with lax. We won today 12-0 but I got cheep shotted twice and I have a concussion because of it, everyone scored today except me even the people that have never played offense.(btw to make it worse I haven't even got a shot this entire season). So I'm here to ask any words of advice or encouragement to keep going because I'm really close to quitting
