I think I've watched 3 videos from you in the past year and each one has drastically improved the way I see and respond to my approach to fat loss in particular. I've watched hundreds of Thomas Delauer videos but it's just so sciencey- and sometimes I find conflicting videos from other sources, that it isn't useful. He has more subscribers, but your videos are definitely more applicable. And applicability is motivating, It's something I can enact and see a benefit from within a week.

Thanks for the information, as always, Paul. Despite a bum knee (got a cortisone shot today), I have ramped up my cardio to between 30-45 minutes a day (elliptical/treadmill). It has really made a difference. I am down 25 lbs since November. I hit a plateau in January/early February, but the scale has started to move down again. We have a treadmill arriving today, so once the knee heals, the cardio will increase to at least an hour a day.

So my eating schedule is out of wack being an over the road trucker usually on the road for two weeks before heading home; so should I be fasting up until my first meal mind you sometimes my first meal is my only meal so that brings me to my next question what calorie range should I be shooting for? Question about cardio zone two, I know how to figure it out and mine happens to come in at between 100 & 115 bpm. Is it natural to feel like you’re not working hard enough? I’m 5ft 7, 168 pounds and have been for several years. I’m 43 and weight train 4 times a week. My average steps are 3-4k a day and I know 10000% I don’t eat more than 1800 calories a day. Is it possible that your body won’t drop fat and gets used to a certain amount of calories. Your calculator says I should be eating 1892 for an aggressive fat loss but I’m eating 1800. The reason I know this is because I have so many foot intolerances I end up eating the same meals and they are all ready made with calories on them. I don’t snack either.

All what is said in this video is roughly true, cause that is how our body actually works. There are a tons of videos around, that are useless at least, if not dangerous. Caloric deficit is the key, and everybody saying not is out of reality (reality of people forced to eat very, very few is in things like Auschwitz or air disaster in the Andes, nobody was fat there). In order to minimize muscle burning is important keep caloric deficit in a reasonable range, if you eat the same calories of a skin person tall like u and with a sedentary life is a good way. About speed of loosing weight need to be slow., to avoid (better say minimize) damage to your body. So if somebody say the rigbt way is loosing x kg per week that is an idiot, cuase its depends from many things, fiirst of all how much fat % u have at beginnjng, how tall are u and the caloric deficit. Of course process need to be long but not endless, with a caloric deficit of knly 100 kcal u would loose belly anyway in months or years, but woukd be so long that u would fuck off diet before. For strong overweight people is very hard burn a lot of calories with sport , the best thing to do is just move more in every thing u do in life and walking, i would say more 1-2hours per day than 30 min . Lifting some weight in gym burn a really ridicolously low amount of calories, so it would be a way when u are basically already skin
