Hi there. Thanks for being here. What do you think about this? ⬇ 🟢 DO ANIMALS DESERVE RIGHTS? Animals are sentient beings with inherent value and the right to live free from human exploitation, including practices like factory farming and slaughter. And while we do have a right to defend ourselves and our homes from being attacked or invaded, our first response should be to try to live peacefully with animals - not harm them. Question: Do you try to follow the golden rule of treating others, even the weak or less intelligent, the way you want to be treated? 🟡ARE ANIMALS OUR SLAVES? We oppose the enslavement of animals for food, clothing, or entertainment; they deserve freedom and autonomy, just like humans. Are you against slavery? 🟠 SHOULD WE ABOLISH SPECIESISM? Just as we fight against racism or sexism, we must challenge speciesism-the belief that human interests automatically outweigh those of other species. Does it really seem right to pet a cat while eating a cow or does something feel wrong about this? 🔴 SHOULD WE HAVE RESPECT FOR OTHER SENTIENT BEINGS? Animals experience complex emotions such as pain, fear, and joy, so treating them as mere commodities is morally indefensible. Cutting a cat or a cow in half is not the same as cutting a carrot in half, wouldn't you agree? 🟣 DO WE HAVE A DUTY TO BE MORALLY CONSISTENCY? Ethical principles like kindness and non-violence should apply universally to all sentient beings, not just humans. If aliens came to earth and were more powerful than us, we would want them to be kind, not cruel, right? So why aren't we kinder to animals on this planet? 🔵 SHOULD WE STRIVE TO END EXPLOITATIVE INDUSTRIES? Modern society doesn't need animal products, so continuing their use solely for convenience or taste perpetuates unnecessary cruelty and exploitation. Since we don't need to hurt others, isn't it our responsibility to help them? 🟢 DO YOU UNDERSTAND DEONTOLOGY AND UTILITARIANISM? Both deontological ethics (duty-based) and utilitarianism (consequence-based) support ethical veganism. Regardless of where we are on this vegan spectrum, it’s our duty to make sure animals’ rights aren’t violated. It’s not about smaller cages - it’s about having NO cages. Do you agree that we should strive to be as vegan as possible in this world? ➡ WHAT HAPPENS IF YOU SUFFER FROM VYSTOPIA? If you’re suffering from vystopia, (the anguish of being vegan in a non-vegan world), and feeling like you’re a victim of veganphobia (bullying towards ethical vegans) sometimes, writing about it can help. Send me a dm with your story about your family and friends for a book I’m writing or, if you like, write about it here for others to see, if you want to share your experiences. 🌱

In other words, will the average person benefit from eating clean high carbs with light to moderate activity?

@ShoesMagooАй бұрын
@@GorillaTime-h6b He seemed to be doing just fine before I started seeing it. The point is to not feed the mentality of normalizing the dumbing-down of the consumer, to not perpetuate it by shrugging and saying 'just gotta do it' like you suggest. Doing so leads the viewer to accept a lower state of information and it becomes a self-fulfilling prophecy. The more holistic approach is to challenge the consumer to react to intellectually stimulating ideas instead of being drawn in with simplistic advertising tricks. The more eyes who view the content based on lizard-brain stupefaction does not translate into more interest being generated when said eyes are expecting equally uncomplicated content. The content should stand on its own merits. They can go scroll through vapid tok videos or watch some 'influencer' babble mindlessly about trivialities.

Try eating more carbs, like minimum of 200g carbs per day. 150g isn't enough to be efficiently oxidising glucose, you need more. And I'm guessing you eat quite a lot of fat as well, so you're in a situation where your body doesn't know whether to oxidise glucose or fat, because there isn't enough of either for the body to determine which macro to use for energy production. This is the worst situation to be in and will lead to low mood and energy problems. So to fix it try increasing the carbs to a mininum of 200g per day as well as decrease your fat intake to ensure the most efficient glucose oxidation. Proper glucose oxidation beats fat oxidation hands down and will lead to much higher energy levels in the long-run which is why I think it's worth the effort to increase the carbs and decrease fats

With respect, your comparisons are like a feather in the wind.??! You are young , when i was your age, i could keep up to you on my worst day,( excluding surfing) . When i started Carnivore at 20 years older than you, not working out to any great degree, it took time, discipline, walking wAs my workout. I never felt better, actually brought back memories of what it felt like to be much younger, in my 30’s and 40’s. Mostly though, was so many little and bigger issues with my health evaporating into thin air, as if these issues never existed. My friend you will age, you can slow it down.but its a fact of life. A small example at approx 32 years if age , just one of my exercises ended up at 225 situps holding a 20 lb weiders plate behind my head. It didn’t matter what i ate then, maybe the produce was less toxic then as well, dunno? What i can tell you is at 68 , my friends are on seberal medicatioms , including Ozempic , which i am not ; moreover, without major working out, being 20 years older than you, i feel my distant youth. The carnivore diet saved me, but its not easy, nothing truly good comes easy. I found bread was the biggest detriment to my health. Bread used to get moldy , not anymore, why?? Ultra processed food, is the problem, mostly, especially as you grow older. When i was your age, i could digest the 1/4 panel off my truck🤣, as an analogy. There are so many variables to good health ; however, the Carnivore way of life is the one constant and baseline of good health, especially if you can get grass fed Beef, as well afford it. Dr Berry n Dr Chaffee to mention a few have it right , who are younger also, but at 68 it works, cheat and you will not see the tesults. Also some people do have problems that need intervention by a Doctor with Knowledge , rare today , as well hugely influenced by pharma, agri, the wealthy, ect. Carnivore works, full dtop.
