Thank you for this. I don't have or want kids, but I'm babysitting my little three month old nephew for the next eight weeks and I am so anxious when he's in pain because he didn't poop for a few days. He has to be bottle fed because mom doesn't have breast milk. Newborns and infants are so much work. Very stressful.

Constipation sucks, I haven’t had it in a long time but thankfully I got all better! I drink a fiber drink every morning and take pills every morning and evening to help me poop, since then, no constipation!

Just got back from the doctor's she said nothing like this said I wasn't feeding him enough even thou he's cluster feeding and tried getting me on formula after only 2 days on constipation 😑

Swizzle a cotton bud with some Vaseline or olive oil in the baby bottom...your baby might be constipated My baby is two weeks old ...she didn't poo for 3 days I did the cotton bud thingy and it worked for me

You can try glycerin suppository Here's how to use: First wear gloves Second open the wrap of the suppository, Hold the suppository and push it to the baby's anus,it doesn't hurt,it will only make your baby feel confused,within 4 hours the poop will come out

@@Yunggifted I had to take her to the emergency room. Turns out her bilirubin levels was way too high so she had jaundice. She had to get a bili light and IV treatment. After that her stools passed normal.

Dr. My baby is just 8 days old , he is not passing poop 💩 since he arrived from hospital. When he was feeding formula milk by nurse at hospital he used to potty and his bilirubin was normal but when he was started breast feeding , not passing poop , it's been 1 week . @@rockyyahoo5566 she passed poop in early two days when she was fed only formula milk bt after that she was given antibiotics because doctor said she has infection. Then started mother feed with formula feed. She stopped poop. Kindly guide is it safe for babies to give glycerin to poop?

While making formula milk always be very alert about the proportion of water and formula milk . If you don't mix it with right amount of water and formula milk then baby will not get the nutrition.she might get hungry again and again.
