Hi Paul! These crow and crane variations are really helpful for me in trying to achieve the transition from crow to crane and from there to a handstand, always giving me something new I can try out. I´d also like to thank you for regularly posting videos. They sure bring some light into this cold and dark winter we´re experiencing over here in Europe! And I don´t only mean the weather.💪

At last a video that understands the difference between crane and crow! I had a time I always did flapping flying crane (the flapping bit is raising the straight leg up and down). Great video as always!

Awesome video... When you come down from Headstand to crow, your knees land more outside than they were when you started. I have the same problem and have never been able to fix it! .

Thanks, yeah lacking hip internal rotation is common especially when moving towards a deeper squat or tuck. So the knees come apart

I have been practicing with different head positions in handstand. Would you recommend moving the head slowly or quickly when transitioning head positions in the beginning?

Focus on showing constant control and making sure you can return to the start position. I’d do both slow, fast and different ranges.

Hi Paul, this is of topic. Because I am seeing your lovely dog frequently on your channel I am wondering if you are vegan or if you ever thought about it before? I mean I guess you love your dog who is an individual in many cases and so are cows, pigs, chickens and fish. They all a have nervous system, a heart, emotions, friends, family and the will to live. So if we don`t need meat, dairy or eggs to be healthy why should we fund, support and pay for animal abuse in all scenarios (range free, organic, etc.)? Every animal which is bred for food is just a number and therefore a product. You don`t have to answer this. Thanks for reading.
