You know there is a huge debate going on about who is the actual devata for the pavamana mantras? Although the Chandhas says that it is Soma, this diety doesn't receive direct oblations or salutations from men. A few advaithis and mostly dvaithis argue that along with Pavamana Narayana Himself is one of the two devatas in the sukta.
