He was one of my greatest friends. I loved his tricks. We were going to make Super-8 movies of his tricks before I returned to the US in the 1970s. He is sorely missed.

Pavel is a true treasure to the magic community! A true sign of great magic is magic that it trancends the language barriers. I have no idea of a word he said as I am American but I was very entertained! The bit with the clear cellofane bag with the cane to silk bit was a bit odd BUT original. The silks tying themselves together as he passed them through the newspaper cone was BRILLIANT!! I have never seen that before! The polka dot silks are a nice touch too as they are not very common at all.

Oh... that is a shame. This is the first time I have seen his performance at all. I have seen his books and videos for sale, though I never purchased any of them. I'd really like to know how to prepare the scarves for the cascade production flourish he performs just after the cane reappears. I'll figure it out, but having another magician show the nuance is so much better.

Reid Pavel had an entire group of magicians he sold his tricks to. I can see if they can help if you wish.
