Hey barber what's a good drill to practice stick handleing and toe fragging with your head up? Because I just made high school varisity and I kept putting my head down to pull a move and getting rocked. What's a good drill to practice these things with my head up?

Don't need any special drill. It's never the drill. It's the focus behind the drill. All you need to do is slowly practice trying to toe drag looking up. Start looking at the puck, and slowly raise your vision
