That's not how plastic recycling works, you are being deceptive. First off you cannot mix different types of plastic, recyclable and non recyclable, trash bags, HDPE, I think I saw some expanded polystyrene in there, and I'm positive I saw some corn based Plastics in there. most importantly once plastic has been exposed to Too Much UV radiation i e from floating in the river or an ocean exposed to sunlight, it will not recycle. what you are obviously doing is purchasing shredded HDPE and converting it into Paving tiles. most likely what you're purchasing is rejects from a plastic factory that have not even been put into production yet. Your shred, to me, looks suspiciously like shredded milk jugs. Not one tide container or corn-based food container, or plastic trash bag in the bunch. They're definitely aren't even any mixed colors in there. What you're doing is a con. I wouldn't be so angry except for somebody share this video with me and suggested that I build them a plastic recycling system to recycle ocean trash. concrete is already heating the planet covering big areas (roads) in the cities around the world. forbidding the planet to breathe !! it is understandable that plastic can help heat homes in Russia in winter but to consider it on a massive scale for roads and large projects will increase natural disasters !! earth breathes !! even sand even clay !! when the sun hits .. the excess water evaporates and the planet breathe. The plastic is not a bad idea but for a road or road side. the molds should have holes in them !!

We all know that plastic degrades because of UV-rays so how many years it takes until they "oxidise" and lose their initial properties? Use the very plastic tiles of attractive colours for the floors as well as the walls. Do a design or plan of the factory. Start with delivery area for the raw material then the extruder followed by press etc. Your vision to spread the technology to all the parts of the world is commendable. Precisely for this reason build a system that you can export to the world at an economical price. Please do not feel offended. You have a grand idea that is meritorious. God bless you.
