One thing to mention is that before applying the sealer, the area has to be completely dry. Otherwise the sealer will have a glazy white look when dry

I don’t ever back roll. Have zero issues. On stones / travertine I will back brush puddles but with ICT Ure Seal I don’t think back rolling is necessary. Just my opinion. Thank you !

Good pro video, though an everyday homeowner is not going to purchase a surface cleaner like what you are using. Furthermore, many rental places aren't going to carry a piece of specialized equipment such as this. That said, what could a non contractor use on a small job to get an acceptable result? I guess a deck brush and...what chemical??

One thing I would add to what you said about customer expectations, is that it’s very important to do a thorough walk around of whatever job you are doing, pressure washing,paver sealing, etc. Take notes/pictures of any thing you see already damaged that you are about to be cleaning/sealing and do a walk around with the customer about everything you found. If the customer isn’t available or doesn’t have time to do that before you start then you also have the pictures with time stamps as proof. Always cover your ass.

You’re very welcome! Not at all. Oil / xylene materials will though. Water based materials will keep the same texture.

Really depends. Bleach will attack organic growth and degreaser will attack tire marks , foot traffic & a lot of non organic staining. Degreaser is a good follow up chem.

Hello why wet sanding and not dry sanding like most landscapers do?

Gets the sand more compact in between the joints as well as putting it at the correct height. I don’t think either way is wrong. Just another technique that’s much more effective and efficient in my eyes.

Typically not. I’ve treated a hand full of jobs that at had visible efflo but I don’t do it for every job. This job had calcium/ limestone on certain areas but I’m upfront with the customer and tell them I cannot take care of it. Thank you. Yes you are absolutely correct.

Yes you can. Clean & sand , go get lunch and let things dry up, then go seal. As far as sand goes you can travel to PSL to get it but I’d call trident and find your closest distributor. I’m sure it’s sold local to you.
