Great content as usual! So if driveway is small and you give your minimum price, let’s say $700 how do you go about telling them it’s $700 minimum if they have a 500 sq ft driveway let’s say. Thanks again!

Thank you! I’ll typically try to upsell a different service so it absorbs some of that cost for them. If they don’t want anything else I simply tell them for my business to stay profitable I have to be at this number bare minimum. A lot of them understand and just do it.

For around my area it’s about 700-800 sqft average for a garage and walk way. How many 5 gal does your pump use for something that size. I think I’m using the same pump. I got a 13,000 sq ft paver job, I tried to sell a seal/sand. They have zero interest at all. How would you recommend I clean without removing sand? I was gonna do 50/50 mix and low pressure tip, what do you think?

What is the sealant that you use and how long does it last in Florida

We use Ure Seal H20. In my opinion it’s the best stuff in the market. We recommend re applying every 2-3 years depending on your property and a few other factors.

I’ve sealed driveways but the sealant would not last any longer than 7-8 months in the Florida sun. it has been a couple years since I have sealed driveways. Thank you for the response. Also is that two coats that you were putting down on each driveway? Keep up the good work man.
