Why this soap bubble has 2 surfaces? Also liquid droplet having 1 surface does or doesn't exist in reality?

If we take a liquid droplet, its inside area will be filled with the liquid particle. So, there will be no space for AIR inside the liquid droplet and air will remain only outside of it....On the other hand, soap bubble have space for AIR inside & outside of the bubble. So, it has 2 surface considering AIR...
