Looks a nice one. Not often you seem to start outside some houses.

Good point. St Mary's in Bridport runs by the front door of a row of terraced houses each lap.

I do love Buxton....having seen this, i think i need a trip back there!

Beautiful town. They've renovated one of the old pump rooms into a tourist information centre. Lots of quirky eateries and micro pubs now.

Buxton is a nice place. The Pavilion gardens are lovely. Been there a few times. Major feature for us old boys is the number of available toilets. Nice and friendly atmosphere at that run.

Beautiful place to run. I my area ponds are sometimes called stock tanks but not really any difference.

Stock tank doesn't have the romance of 'lake' somehow... thanks for watching.

A combined 962 Park Runs is an awesome achievement John & Dawn. You must do a special video when you reach 1000. Buxton looks a cracking Park Run to do & already on my Bucket list. I love how you have captured the other Park Runners in the video too & not just about you. Thanks very much for the video really enjoyed it 👏

Thanks Kev. It also helps if you run progressively so you're running with the same people all the time 😀

This seems like such a nice place to go for a run!! Absolutely love the gardens and the architecture there! Really hard to come by places like this here in 🇨🇦 at least around my parts 😂 Great video!!

We've never been to 🇨🇦 but what we've seen on film etc shows epic scenery! The UK does have some unique architecture and features. 🙂 Thanks for watching and getting enjoyment from Pavilion Gardens. 🏃♂️🏃♀️

I did this the week earlier, my last chance for an all-out effort before and enforced break due to minor surgery. I was hoping for a sub 21:00 PB, but it wasn't to be, I do think all the turns do slow you down a bit, but still really enjoyed it, a beautiful park in a lovely town.
@tworunningbrooms Жыл бұрын
Well done. Yes a lovely course but not the fastest. Hope the surgery goes well.

There's a few we wouldn't class as beautiful but probably lovely to those who it's their local community event... Yes to the Christmas and New Year ones. Also, on NYD we're heading straight from parkrun to a quarter marathon race...😁
