Love the videos. I am a 2nd generation owner, born and raised in the industry (44 years in the business), and I have seen it all. I own and operate a smaller Midwest operation. Over the years I have worked with large and small paving companies. One thing we all share are the same problems, sales, juggling work load, scheduling, repairs, labor issues and everyday issues that pop up. The only difference is the size of the problem which directly correlates to the size of your business. I seem to notice you and your sons are always on the job. Do you have a sales staff? I would love to see additional videos on your sales and marketing operation and possibly the office operations. Keep up the good work.

Hey question.. do you guy have superdumps over there where you guys are located? Mostly all of our paving jobs here in washington they want the superdumps with 3 drops and a trailing axle (maxle or strong arm) I've owned 2 superdumps and truck and pup we've paved with both but everyone wants the supers because you can legally haul over 25 ton of mix instead of around 15 ton (Here In washington with the same peterbilt 567s you have with 1 drop axle you can only haul 15 legally) thanks and as always your equipment looks top notch and the crew does great work

That particular model screed is known for that; it's a nasty screed and difficult to get a nice mat out of it. You only need to see where they mounted the screed pivot point to figure out why. But you guys are doing a nice job inspite of it; look's great seeing a job well lined out. Nice job.
