To connet the GPS, you splitted 3 cables from the board to the O3 Unit (GND-RX4-TX4 [which colors are they?]) and connected the 5V for GPS you soldered to the board on the point for 5V ?

Well, I may misunderstand what you are saying, but the O3 unit and GPS are separate things. You need to leave o3 as is and connect other rx and tx with gps on fc. And the purpose is to attach a terminal to the +- terminal connected to the GPS so that you can receive the GPS signal by yourself by connecting the 5V BEC power source directly to the GPS without turning on the drone. When the drone is turned on, O3 waves come out and interfere with the signal, so it is good. It doesn't work, so my goal is to turn it on alone and get a GPS signal.

So you split the PLUS and MINUS cable from the GPS which goes to the Flight Controller and power the GPS module separately from an external 5V source. If connection is there (GPS blinking), you connect the Flight Battery to the Copter and disconnect the 5V external battary, right?

Yes, that's right, turn on the 5v power and when the light goes off, unplug it and connect it to the drone again.

Ah, the tiny internal buffer battary of the GPS keeps it "powered on" between unplugging from external 5 V until plugging in to flight battary , right?

Yes, a small battery keeps the gps in place for a brief period of time
