This guy was a genuinely nice person with a borderline social disorder of some kind could tell in the quick interview they have with him at the end his slight tick and genuine unsureness of his next move after the offer was a lot different to what he was expecting. lies .. there is only one barrel of them so say 20,000 coins maybe 50,000 coins tops out of all the other coins they get printed out in millions and how many of those 1791 coins are still around something like that is worth whatever you can sell it for or buy it for but that 750$ is just too cheap

Not necessarily. I'm a coin collector and I can tell you that coins can become that cheap even in low mintage. Mainly because the market for them isn't that large. Price is all based on the size of the market, and the demand, and there isn't much demand for this coin.

How many times do I have to explain this. It's a pawn shop, the whole purpose is to have a one-stop place that deals in just about everything and gives you really quick money. You don't have to go out and sell the item directly to another individual, so by selling it to a pawn shop you sacrifice some of your profits in favor for quicker cash. Pawn shops go out of business all the time because it's a risky thing to run, and if they all started paying 80% or more of the value of an item, they'd all be out of business
