These artifacts should be returned to the monasteries and not be sold anywhere.its just sad seeing people trying to gain money out of it. Smfh

The bronze statue are made in Nepal, you can find these statue in Tibet is because since long time Nepal export these different Mahayana buddhism statue for trade. I know this because I am from the family that produce these arts. Tibet and the indigenous people of Kathmandu i.e. Newar are the only Mahayana buddhism followers remaining in the world. If you visit Nepal you can explore these god in big size from 7ft to 12ft dated back about 1000years as this is a part of the culture that we indigenous people from Kathmandu follow.

He said he's taking the risk that he might be able to get only 10000 at auction because the auction takes fees like 25% for selling.. you do the math he paid 7500.. something tells me you guys just watch TV

He a expert in their ideology that culture dates back to 1000bc and as advanced as the Egyptions in carving granite etc. And ties to aryans from Noah, just look Hindu Sanskrit and it's English roots You want a explaination from some athiest loser who doesn't get the big picture? The enlightenment spans Judeo-christian, Islam, Buddhist, Jewish all stories share the same legends and descendants from Noah the post flood family

Virtua Skimmer, yes the path of enlightenment is what all religions have in common. Which is the kundalini yoga, which also is the interior illumination, true goal of spiritual baptism, path to immortality, and most important to the survival of our species. The kundalini used to be universal in every religion a long time ago but was stomped out to control the masses.

If you follow physics, M-Theory (which is an updated version of Superstring theory) also posits that there are 11 Dimensions to spacetime. So it’s kind of interesting that Buddists believe the same, no? At least I thought so. But I’m kind of a dork...
