Funny how at the end rick says that man is an expert so confidently when in the beginning of the episode he didnt know the man and was asking if he was the expert

I’m shocked it was appraise such a low value. That thing is iconic I recognize it immediately.
@night-x67935 жыл бұрын
I know that the thing is rare in mint condition and even more rare having the cast signatures on it which is like having two things in one. But somehow it's only worth $2,500 which makes no sense to me.
@night-x67935 жыл бұрын
@Drty_Windshield That got me confused how the cast signatures made it drop in price but yet somehow when other things get cast signatures it's five times then the item itself.
@SailorSocko11 ай бұрын
Expert: Once it got signed, it devalued the price. Collectors want it pristine. Me: Yeah, that's not how the world works buddy. Like it's not.

This is the second time video Bob has been on Pawn Stars. He tried selling a DeLorean with all the BTTF props. Bob knows he won't ever give him a price that he wants, he goes on to get notoriety, which is a smart thing to do when you sell these props and such.

WTH?.... signatures of the original cast decreases price?.... all others like cards , comics, etc brings higher value but just this almanac decreases price lmao.... now you know there’s a conspiracy here
@Solarstar106 жыл бұрын
Did you not watch the video? The difference here is that it's an original prop. Quite frankly i agree with them, and i know many prop collectors who would also agree. When buying a prop, many collectors want the prop to be in as pristine condition as possible, or in the condition it was when it came from the set. So having it signed, takes away from that. That's why it's value is decreased.

Solarstar10 bro ur speaking out ur ass as a collector I rather have it signed as a collector and fan any true fan would buy this in a heart beat

It's a screen-used prop. Collectors want it as it appeared on-screen.
@ViXoZuDo6 жыл бұрын
Collectors want it all... they don't really care if it was signed, original, pristine, etc... they just want as much as they can of something... a true collector would try to have all the copies if the prop.

@Musiclover196 жыл бұрын
Big movie prop collectors actually want the item as it appears in the film. Those signatures were not seen at that item in the movie. So it does decrease the value for most collectors. Having them sign a random piece of merchandise (DVD, Toys, comics or whatever) increases the value of that item, but not an actual movie prop.
@MasterMayhem786 жыл бұрын
Each signature has a value as well. It might not be pristine, but having those signatures adds value as well. Maybe not the $7500 range, but damn close.
@grimreaper35266 жыл бұрын
I can see the signature on the front decreased it maybe but the other signatures added value IMO
@TheTuubster5 жыл бұрын
Signing a screen used prop is actually decreasing its value, since it has been changed irreversible from its original appearance. I personally would not want it like this (only with the signatures somewhere inside, not on the cover).
