The "famous" forger one of the experts referred to here is most likely Greg Marino. Marino specialized in forging the autographs of famous sports figures and was quite talented. He was so good that many so-called experts were fooled by his clever fakes; and he branched out into copying the signatures of entertainment and historical figures as well. His forgery business boomed during the dawn of the Internet age and eBay was a favorite site to sell his wares, though he also moved his products through professional sellers as well. Greg Marino's other family members assisted him in his booming enterprise. The Marino family members were eventually caught. As part of their guilty pleas, the Marinos forfeited a home and 5 acres of land in Escondido (near San Diego, CA); a boat; a $96,000 down payment on another boat; $101,000 in a bank account; and $75,000 seized by authorities during a search of their home. However, many of his forgeries are still circulating in the autograph market.

finsfan90 Any businessman who's main trade is land or more recently even owning our drinking water, as Nestle does in at least one state now, is the enemy of the common man.
