@@wupme I personally don't think the string is a big deal. That thing is the first to deteriorate in about 60 - 70 years. Look at clothes now even with our high tech manufacturing and they rip and tear after a few months.

Adam is one of the biggest book dealer's in the U.S. Think he lives in New York so if he is on the show its most probably by invite only and obviously a big set up. Hope that helped.✌️

I doubt if Adam Weinberger is one of the biggest dealers for antique books. But yes, he´s living in NYC, got his own business and even his own yt channel. His father was a Wall Street banker and passed away a few years ago. He´s married, got one daughter and his wife lives, as far as I remember, in Israel.

Do you not understand how business works? He is shoveling out money to buy things that may go tomorrow, may go in 3 years. have to sell the items for at least +100% of what you purchase it for - because by the time you pay tax, democrat fees, wages, rent, etc etc, your really only making 10-15%. It's an honest business that needs to make money to survive and to ensure the staff can also feed their families. He has had plenty of customers say I want $XXX and he says, nah its worth more than that. And then pays more than what they are asking.
