People who want to go there and visit the pawn shop in Vegas just take in mind that its not real and just a show (it was but now its like a museam selling tea Mugs, t shirts, bobble heads, ec.) so dont expect random walk ins to pawn/sell something. Also the four tv "reality stars" are not there half of the time, Only when they are about to record a new episode, Props why chumlee were there.

Exactly 12 years ago today! 2/4/2010. Today is 2/4/2022. Boy, I was only 10 years old but 2010 was such a good year!!!! So much awesome stuff going on, plus my first time visiting Vegas also, and this show was still pretty new!!

Gold n Silver skyrocketed in popularity and sales because of the show. They found a way to be humorous, loaded with money images, showing cool items, and making it exciting, like a game show. It leaves you talking to the TV screen about how you would bartar in the seller's position. Chumlee is unique and less knowledgeable, similar to everyone else who watches this show, including me. It creates a charm that everyone enjoys, except for the Old Man of course.

well i know because i was their at his meet and greet with chumlee and someone asked him how many times has chumlee almost gotten fired? corey said that his father has fired him almost 200 times. and then another person asked what goes on behind the scenes.. corey answered with .. " well i talk to my workers about being late" "i sign autographs a few hours a day and take photos with my fans" and i sell things.

@HeartOutOfSeason When we went they were actually filming and so thats why we were waiting. The shop is also very small. I think there might have been 20-25 people go in with us and we were hovering over each other and bumping into each other. Im sure there is some sort of fire code on how many people can be let into a small place like that at one time.

If you want proof, watch the episode where Corey is challenged by Rick to study things in the shop because Rick was going to quiz him (after Corey bought a fake painting). Corey was asking Chumlee some questions, and it seemed like Chumlee knew the history of everything to a "T" in that entire place. So I think his attitude is more of an act really.
