I'm actually going to guess that Rick probably has more money than they do. His shop in Vegas pulls in very good money AND he has a hit television show. You know a large amount of the population has rifles, as well as air pistols and rifles, also shotguns. Its just the licensing is really strict and you can also own air pistols or rifles up to .22. I used to have pistols and rifles in late 90s early 00s. My wifes dad has rifles. People still go hunting.
