What a beautiful story of a grandfather giving this to his son and then to his son and then him selling the card for diaper money. Touching story.

@@floydfletcher4313 I received the Lord Jesus by way of supernatural revelation and enlightenment. Not in a church nor by the persuasion of a pastor or soul winner. Not even by something I had read. So, my point is I am a believer who came to Faith in Christ not by being easily duped. Not trying to cause an arguement or give you an In your Face response. Just saying, is all.

It seems simple, but imagine if they made that mistake 4 times a day. That's 28 times a week, _roughly_ 115 times a month, which would be about 1,380 times a year. That's about $13,800 of lost profit every year *just* on deals that they spent $100 too much on.

@pauldavis5665 7 жыл бұрын

Just because someone says somethings expensive doesn’t mean they don’t or can’t buy them. Obviously you never met 90%+ people from Ny. Because my parents make over $240k(before taxes) per year and struggle and always have since we were kids (3 of us) I make $62k per year and it’s extremely hard for me.
@john-paulsilke893
@john-paulsilke893 6 жыл бұрын
Unfortunately many people don’t understand how expensive having children can be. It’s not really the out of pocket expenses but the loss of a bread winner, (usually the wife) and extra time it costs to raise the children. Probably the number one reason for divorce, mostly due to being taken for granted.

Pretty sure that card sold for over $1,000 afterwards... They try to downplay the value of things in this show but any real collector knows this card isn't a $250 card even in that shape.

I had a stack of bubblegum baseball cards too that was about 7 inches thick I collected from 1970 to 1972 and my Mom trashed them when I no longer collected them around 1974.
