I'm pretty sure the appraiser was trying to help Rick with the Hendrix guitar by setting up a lowball playing field since that is an item that could easily go for double what was being asked. An authentic guitar regularly used by one of the greatest and most influential rock guitarists to ever live and you open with a 450k offer. The seller was very kind to not close the case and walk out without a word right then and there.

Growing up in the 90's really made me realize that small GI Joes were by far my favorite action figures. For me it was the fact that they looked like real military people from a cool action movie. You could recreate scenes from your favorite action movies and their size made making bases for them really easy, All around the greatest and I really wish they were still sold in stores in the 90's, they woulda made a fortune off me alone.

@cecilnewson88763 жыл бұрын
He's being smart. If he can get a good price from a pawn shop then he can skip the fees that he'd have to pay at auction. And like Rick says, it would take a year. They put it on display, show it in their gallery, auction it, then take 40-60% of the auction price.
