Pawpaw Yam Pottage

This is not from Scarcity of Tomatoes - far from it…
Apparently, people have been using Papaya to cook for the longest time. Someone even said her Mum uses it in Beans ( can’t wait to try it)
I boiled my Peppers with some Carrots and blended all in my @buchymix
I love Yam Pottage with some creamy paste and the Carrot/Papaya combo made it effortless. I didn’t have to do so much. I don’t know about anyone else but when making Yam Pottage, I live to cook with some Sweet Potatoes - since I landed in Canada, I have not seen correct Sweet Potatoes and this was just the perfect substitute.
P.S - This is not an experiment. I also love it because of the way it allows me incorporate fruits into my children’s meals. They had finished licking their plates not even knowing what I mixed together 🥰😜
