I live in Sudbury and it’s amazing here. Super friendly community. Great for new comers. I lived in Toronto for a while and naaaaaa. Sudbury can be likened to Calgary. All the cities you mentioned as Greater Toronto Area are very expensive for a newcomer to buy houses. Newcomers can find cheaper houses in London, Fergus, Hamilton, Caledonia etc
