There are INI tweaks you can do to drop the graphics settings even lower. From what I can see in your video it isn't playable.

I have MGO2 installed, & have been playing though it for a while. Besides the AI NPC stuff, are there any other major new enhancements to MGO3 which would justify starting over again in MGO3? Many thanks!
