Yes, they can. You just need to teach them when it is okay to pull. Typically, huskies will associate their harness or them being infront of a sled with them being allowed to pull. If not, you can teach them that "Hike" means it's okay to pull

@@muneebalishah7648 ​ Listen me bro,I got a husky hes 9 months and I also got that problem and I bought him a metal collar,I know it sounds kinda stupid because everyone else just teach his dog to not do that but husky is a different when you put collar on him you got full control under his body and thats the best way to teach him
