@@asiavassos9649 Please try to watch soccer....as with all good things..you need patience to watch , understand and appreciate soccer.. soccer is a fluid game not a stop and go game like football....by just watching a goal an amateur guy can't tell how much effort was put into that...it takes time in soccer to build something from nothing...these are calculated plays and the players are not kicking the ball around mindlessly...it's also tactical..you can dictate the game by having the ball or be reactive to the opposition..there are pressing teams, possesion teams, defending teams,counter attacking teams ,when you have a game with rules as simple as soccer, the possibilities are limitless , managers role is also more important in soccer,a good manager can overcome the lack of individual talent and can cause major disappointments the same can't be said for American football. Soccer is a proper sport which requires talent and hardwork.

Women’s tournament brought in $131 million in 2019. 2) The prize pools are taken from those revenue totals. 3) The women’s prize pool was approximately 23 percent of their total revenue, while the men’s prize pool consisted of approximately 7 percent of revenue. ($30 million for the women in 2019 versus $400 million for the men) 4) The winning men’s players received only about four times as much as the winning female players, despite bringing in over 45 times as much revenue. 5) These numbers should make it obvious that there is no substantive case that the women’s team is underpaid relative to their male counterparts, but the media managed to ignore those facts. 6) Where is the discrimination?

Abhi Pokhrel actually the prize pool doesn’t come from the revenue. The prize pool is considered before the final revenue is even accounted for. Teams know their bonuses before going into the World Cup, depending on what round they make it to. So it’s possible that fifa creates the women’s prize pool assuming they’d make more money in revenue, so it came out to 20% after the fact. But it would’ve been a lower percentage had they made more revenue.

The entire "complaint" and issue about pay disparity between men and women's soccer/football, is moot. It is a NON-STARTER. Until such time the women's soccer/football is as fully supported by fans as the men's is .......there is no discussion. Fill the stadiums like the men's games do, ....EVERY AND ALL GAMES....and THEN there can be the beginnings of a conversation. For some reason, GOSSIP SOCIAL MEDIA NEWS can't seem to figure this out. The women complaining seems to be the only angle GOSSIP SOCIAL MEDIA NEWS seems to be able to handle. It is very easily searchable to find 14 and 16 year old boys very easily out-playing and out-scoring professional women's soccer teams. And there are the over--60 year-old men .....being able to do the same. FACTUALLY, in comparison with boys/men ....women are simply talentless. Women can only compete with themselves ....and it is completely up to FANS as to whether they want to support this game or not. Sadly, when there is a person like Rapinoe, who only has an opinionated mouth, supported by nothing ....it makes the whole conversation an embarrassment. She makes no sense and makes no points that are in fact correct. I heard her state once that women's soccer has built stadiums. Show us the supporting evidence of this and then show us a women's game that is filling every one of these stadiums every time a women's soccer game is played in these stadiums. .

Here's an interesting tidbit for you. A few years ago the Syracuse Women's Basketball Team was talented enough to make a run at a national championship. As a result, many of their games were televised. Every time the cameras tilted toward the stands you could see that there was only handful of people in the seats. When the men's team made a run at the championship the place was packed. So even when their teams are competitive, they can't draw. And if you can't draw, you don't get paid.
