central govt has taken decision that all central govt employees wil get revised pay from 1/1/1986 at par with secratariat pay scales fr senior auditars accountants etc'there pay will be fixed as on 1jan 1986 1 jan 1996 and 1jan 2006 and 1jan 2016 ,and arrears will be paid from 1jan 1996 It is said that supreme court judgement has been issued on 9/9/2024 I am not confident about this please look in to the matter and make vidio on this if it is true. how pay will be fixed as on jan 1986 jan1996 etc,

You are providing very useful information for benefit of pensioner's As per DOPP&PW orders of 2016 linkage of 33 years qualifying service for pension has been delinked and pension will be given @ 50 percent of last pay drawn or last ten months average whichever is beneficial. This is applicable to those central government employees who retired on or after 1.1.2006. Pre 2006 retirees have been excluded. This rule is arbitrary. unjustified and against the rule of equality. Will you kindly clarify if there are any orders to cover pre 2006 pensioner's also? Or is the matter under consideration of the government? Thanks and regards.

Can you please clarify whether defence civilians retired in 1989 are entitled to pension based on 50 percent of their last pay drawn or they will only draw pension on pro rata basis according to length of qualifying service. This 50 percent formula is perhaps applicable to Central government servants who retired on or after 01.01.12006. Please quote the authority also. Thanks and regards.

What are the orders of GoI M o Pensions , Public Grievance in r/o MACP 10,20,30 years of service persons those retired between 1-1-06and 18-8-09 as the order did not cover them,where as the Hon'ble Apex Court and Delhi Court verdicts directed Central Govt to pay amounts allowing the persons during the above said period . Pensioners Association leader Gopal Misra had already taken up the matter with DoP&T for orders.Please let us know present status and we shall be grateful.
