Please correct me if I am wrong... In 5CPC, pay gets fixed in higher pay scale even though there is equal pay in promotional pay scale. For example-- Mr. X whose BP was 3200 in 2550-55-2660-60-3200 scale and he gets ACP in 2650-65-3300-70-4000. While fixing his pay, he would be given a promotional increment for Rs. 100. His pay arrives at 3300. Now his pay would be fixed in 2650 scale for Rs. 3370/- Right?? My another query is regarding grant of ACP b/w 1.1.06 to 31.08.2008 to above Mr. X. His date of 1ACP was 10.2.2006. Normally, 6CPC stipulated that ACP during said period would be given in revised pay structure also. However, there was option kept open for Emoloyees to opt date of switch over etc. In case of Mr. X, both scales belong to 1800 GP in 6CPC. Say, if he choses to switch over CPC from 10.2.2006, should his pay have been fixed as below????? 3370×1.86= 6270+1800 ------------------- But he opted from 1.1.2006, and his pay fixed as below-- 3200×1.86=6060+1800. ------------------- Now what to do with his entitlement of ACP in 2650 scale as both scales 2550... and 2650... pertain to 1800 GP????? _______________________ Mr.X, DOJ-- 10.2.1994 in 750(4cpc)-- 2550-55-2660-60-3200 (5CPC) Date of 1ACP-- 10.2.2006((from 2550 scale to 2650 scale)) ______________________ Pl do respond.

Sir in 5th cpc pay fixation on promotion you said to fixed pay a stage higher even if after granting Rs 100 or one increment for promotional benefits the pay comes to equal stage i.e. 6050/- in both the scale. Please refer the order in this regard.

It is described truely that neither any formula adopted nor HSC judgement and policy letters of 2013, 2015 & 2023 followed in Second OROP in favour of PBOR/HCOs as only aim was to increase the pension of Officers (Maj to LtGen) more than 10000/- to 18000/- per month since 1.7.19 and a single paisa has not been increased in the pension of JCOs/HCOs pre 2016 in 2nd OROP thus see cleverness of Officers/ MOD and more over again Officers will make fools to PBOR in third OROP by saying mera jawan young age me retire hota hai , so give next OROP since 1.7.24 but now all PBOR requesting to MOD/HSC please not repeat Not to award third OROP and thus discontinue OROP in future also. namaskar ji, one has employed in central govt w.e.f. 02.07.2006 in the grade pay of rs. 2000 and got 1st macp on 02.07.2016. His last drawn pay on 01.07.2016 was 30200 in Level 3. How his pay will be fixed on promotion. Will he get the benefit of January.

Agar kisika 01.01.2016 me promotion date raha to as per rule 5 apko usi din switch kara na hoga aur apko DNI tak old pay extend nahi kar payenge aur lower ek increment ka nukean hoga. Dusri taraf kisika promotion agar 01.07.16 to 25.07.16 ke bich me hoga tab wo promotional plus annual dono increment ka fayda lega. As a result jo byakti 01.04.16 ko promotion mil raha he wo 3 month phele promoted hone ke baad bhi 01.07.16 ko promotion Milne walo se 1 increment piche rahega . Yeh to pura anomaly hua

Kindly give an example in which previous basic pay was Rs 5750/ in the scale 5000-150-8000 on 01/10/1996. On 03/10 /1996 he was promoted to 5500-175-9000. What will be the basic pay after promotion. Is it 6025/ or 6200/. On 03/10/1996.

Employee is working in workshops and as per RBE No. 233/1999Financial upgradation under the Scheme shall be given to the next higher grade in accordance with the existing hierarchy in a cadre/category of posts without creating new posts for the purpose. If am I right the next pay scale is to be (2610-60-3150-65-3540) or otherwise. Please guide me sir🙏 and any specific scale for workshops please

Dt of Entry 26 Mar 1984...in scale 4000-6000...got 1ACP on sep 99 at 5500 scale and 2 ACP to 4600 GP wef 26 Mar 2008 on completion of 24 yrs during intervening period Jan 06 to sep 08 ... PAO recovered arrears for that period.....Kindly guide me about my pay fixation and said recovery as me retiring on 31 Dec 22...just after two days... 2006 से पहले ग्रेड पे नहीं थे(8550-13500) तथा वेतन मान (10650-15200) को एक ही वेतन बैंड -3 में समायोजित कर दिया गया था(15600-39100) में लेकिन 1-1-06 के कर्मचारियों को ग्रेड-पे अलग अलग 5400 /- एवं 6600/- दिया गया लेकिन (8550-13500) के वेतन मान पाने वाले पेंशनर्स को प्रकल्पित ग्रेड-पे रु०6600/-तथा पुनरीक्षित वेतन संरचना में प्रारंभिक वेतन का निर्धारण 5(1) (क) (1) में सभी कर्मचारियों के मामले मे सेवा निवृत्ति के समय प्राप्त कर रहे मूल वेतन की186प्रतिशत की धनराशि को अगले दस रूपये में पूर्णकित करके निर्धारित किया जाना था अत्(10750+50℅+16125×24%) =20000/-+6600=26600 वेतन पेंशन 13300/- के स्थान पर 5320+50℅+7980×24%+5320×40℅=12024/- अर्थात 1276 रु प्रति माह‌ की अभी तक हानि हो रही है कृपया बताया जाय मैं कहाँ गलत हूँ |
