I think a new game mode where you just play 20 rounds, win or lose, then get payed out based on your KD, is the exactly what this game needs, other than another animal expansion. The only thing is, it would make achievement farming super easy, but since you don't get anything for doing those anyway, that seems fine.

@@DairunCates I spent 2 days trying to summon level 3 bees because I heard somewhere that's how you spawn a sloth in the shop. I don't even remember where I heard that, but yeah, that was 2 days wasted. I did learn some neat little combos for summon builds though.

I think you overrate the hatching chick a lot. The +5/5 for one battle is nice early game, like if you get it turn 3 from your first combine, but later on it's almost always worse than just grabbing a unit with 5/5 stats with an upside. (e.g. at 6:02, just selling the hatching chick for the poodle would have given you a permanent +4/+4 on your team with a 4/2 body instead of a temporary +5/+5 with a 1/1 body, and at 17:55, the mammoth would have given your team more stats which could be a permanent +8/+8 if you find a pill)

Your closing comment was intersting to me because I think pay-to-win craps on free-to-play. In the late game at least. There are so many white weenie builds in F2P that a couple massive units/caterpiller or poodle/trex scaling just dumps on them. Also makes anything with a kill trigger like rhino a lot better. In the early game P2W I cringe when I see a F2P build cause I know I'm about to get dumped on by horse build or camel/kangaroo. But in the late game when I've got at least 1 huge/huge and everything else scaling to the moon with trex/poodle and I see sheep/turkey/fly I'm like "k bye".

Yeah, dog is bad unless you abuse summoning. Buy-sell-buy-sell-buy-sell every single round and watch him grow. But NL gets dog and keeps rolling to find a specific unit. You have to just buy-sell like a madman. Also, NL why would you get Puppy and Dog. They have competing priorities. Puppy wants to save money, dog wants to spend it

Dog is definitely a build defining unit in f2p if gotten early as there aren’t many ways to scale. Pay to win dog is meh. NL also just doesn’t buy sell enough to scale it lol

I wish stats combined instead of just the original stats being added when you combine units since theres a cap of 50/50 anyways. I learned this the hard way trying to scale 2 dogs at once when I combined them it just added 1/1
