this is part of automated sales transactions. I would not worry about this too much. the Ceo owns 12% of the company.

Stock based compensation is the majority of their salary, they aren't trying always trying to time the market with it when it comes time to get paid

The CEO made a large investment into a university recently to completely revamp their wrestling program. Not saying that is the only reason he has sold stock, but it definitely played a part.

I see it as a risky turnaround play. Definitely has potential but the competitors are strong (especially ADP), and businesses don't like to switch payroll providers (as you mentioned)

18 times earnings is very expensive for any company with infinite competition. The last growth prints don't matter at that point. Competition = margin compression. That's the piece that everyone watching this video needs to understand.

it's growth has flat flined. so it is being priced as a mature flat company. that means based on present constant earnings and profits not incredible future high growths, what is this companies fair value? Anyone have any ideas on what they'd value this company at if it stayed flat rising with inflation for next ten years?

Richison is selling but he owns 11% of the company. I'm more concerned with why the other CEO quit. They are expected to have a decline in earnings this year. I'm interested in CPAY and PAYC.

Sure, but when the CEO is dumping shares after the Co-CEO resigned, it's concerning. If anything else, he should be buying to demonstrate confidence in the company and ease investors' minds.

@@zenastronomy share based compensation; adjustment to the GAAP figures is a must in doing your own assessment of a companies financials due to the the fact that FCF in GAAP figures is often overstated (ad back of SBC in CF from operations despite the fact that it is a form of employee related expenses)

Yes, I've been in constant touch with a Financial Analyst for approximately 8 months. You know, these days it's really easy to buy into trending stocks, but the task is determining when to sell or keep. That's where my manager comes in, to help me with entry and exit points in the industries I'm engaged in. Can’t say I regret it, I’m 40% up in profits just in 5months with my initial capital of $160k

@@thepatientinvestor9580 Perhaps employees fear criticizing those dealing with their paychecks and HR fears telling the person who signed up for Paycom that it was a bad decision. The fact that almost all of Paycom's YT videos allow no comments is very telling. Paycom wants to control the narrative instead of fixing their software.
