Fun but useless & not-relevent Cloaker facts: - He is voiced by Simon Viklund, the composer of most of the game’s soundtrack - Cloakers used to have an idle sound that was just ear ringing, this was changed to a more subtle but still unique sound - There is an achievement for stopping a charging Cloaker with an electric melee - Cloakers always charge to knock you down EXCEPT in Holdout, where they will cuff any players, mimicking their behaviour in Payday: The Heist where Cloakers would cuff AI teammates on a successful charge - Cloakers in PDTH used to be able to run on walls - They have a unique version of the Compact-5 with a vertical grip not available to the player - According to the FBI Files, being a Cloaker is a highly sought after position even though there has been concerns about their use of police brutality - The festive Cloakers that appear on certain Xmas maps can be denoted by them wearing a Santa hat, and also the fact their charge sound is replaced by subtle jingling bells which ironically makes them even more dangerous

For anyone starting, it is also worth knowing that when a cloaker charges a heister, he will start a beatdown animation, which makes them completely unable to move, meanwhile if they kick you, they won't perform the animation, so they can still move, and therefore charge or kick other heisters.

Not sure if this is a glitch or a hidden mechanic but sometimes I have seen the rare 'Double-Kick Cloaker' where after downing someone, a cloaker may not always continue to beat you meaning sometimes, when a player approaches to assist you when downed, the cloaker can almost immediately down them, meaning one cloaker can result in two downs.

If you really need to know. The last time I fought those guys a shotgun build worked wonders and the 2x headshot bonus is the built in weakness. I might have made it to Infamy 25 and played more than a few rounds of rats on DW back when that was the hardest setting. Never quite figured out One-down but General McBadass had some pretty exceptional builds.
