Hi sir In every vedio of what is devops, I could see one point saying there is solos between dev and operations team, lot of issue between teams, and working in dev local, that will not be able to work in server..Apparently, nobody has explained (includsng you) with example issues and miscommunications that what actually happened between the dev and operations team before devops come into picture.. Still I could not be able to figure it out properly. Will you be able to explain the below question in detail? 1. Is devops is a tool or metholodology Or approach or one of sdlc? Actually what it is? PLEASE DON'T EXPlLAIN DEVOPS IS COMBINATION OF DEVELOPMENT +OPERATIONS 2. Is it an alternative to waterfall or agile? 3.How IT industry works before devops came into picture? 3. There is one point in every vedio saying that there are solos between dev and operations team, lot of issues between teams, and working in dev local, that will not be able to work in server. in this scenario, dev team will give all documents including what version java/tomcat/python needs to be installed for the application to run. Then how the issues will exist in the server, if the server team installs everything properly as per the documentation? If there is real issue. Please explain the issues what actually happened between dev and operations team. 4. How can devops introduce more collaboration between dev and operations team? Can you explain me with example like before devops it was not there, but after devops it is there like that? 5.Explain clearly Before and after devops with example scenario and case study and issue
