I can't even conceive how anyone can afford this. The "before" on you website are evidence these people couldn't even afford routine dental care. How are they affording $40k?

Many use financing. Some have been saving for it. It is certainly not an inexpensive venture, but the value it provides to those in need, is immeasurable.

I have 6 existing implants. I am not so sure about the prosthesis. It seems to be really bulky. Could this dreamline be made to fit my implants and feel more like real teeth?

Yes, it is usually possible. It really depends on the placement of the implants. There have been a few cases we’ve restored from other offices/countries and the implant placement didn’t allow us to achieve ideal results, but we were able to improve upon it.
