If you actually have eyes you can see he used it after cheap shot resist in order to not get hamstringed, which is what you use evasion for versus any decent warrior, you can't just sit in melee range with evasion up bro, evasion is primarily used to go in and reapply crippling or to bait a stance switch to battle. His big mistake was going in for gouge as mn switched to battle stance instead of waiting for mn to use a gcd so he could avoid overpower or wait 5 secs for overpower to fade, because at that point it's either mn has to use a gcd to use piercing shout but gets gouged doing no dmg or he let's payo restealth. Payo may not be much better than average but when it comes to dueling warriors he's actually pretty good from other clips i've seen.

rogues are such such poorly balanced class in Vanilla. And this is not coming from the hindsight, oh "everything is so unbalanced in vanilla". I've felt like this since I played vanilla. Rogues is probably the worst performing pvp class in my opinion in Vanilla 1.12.1 simply due to the fact that their defense is so poor and they are too heavily reliant on cooldowns. Not to mention that they are forced to put talents in three different talent trees unlike any other class in the game just to be pvp viable.

@@vinzch4898 It's true though. Rogues shiny in early MC-period but after that people start getting 5k+ HP and suddenly it's challenging to stunlock people to death. In isolated 1v1s rogues are still capable, whilst classes like SL locks still destroy them. However, the amount of times that you can spend 1-2 minutes killing someone without anyone interrupting you is pretty rare. In BG's rogues are beyond terrible too, at best they can do a decent job guarding flag in WSG. Incredibly cooldown dependent and pretty lengthy ones at that.
