I will put points into parry instead of the two handed spec, because parrying reduces the swing timer by 40%, plus its really helpful for tanking dungeons.

56:44 Tips just blindly agreeing with this guy saying the guide "is bad theory crafting" is disappointing coming from a reputable warrior. The logic presented in the post is that the gain from percentage based buff increases (MOTW, Kings etc,) may outweigh the gain depending on the fight duration. There are only a handful of fights that it would ever outweigh the 8 str when you're playing in hardcore guilds. Becomes much for a discussion to be had in Naxx when fights actually starts taking over a minute.

1:30:53 I'd probably call him the Laintime of this generation. Pat ran around with a pocket healer, poping big crits and full consumes. Its a good watch, but I don't think he was showing huge amounts of skill doing it. (Don't get me wrong its always a good watch) But if were talking about the ability to first, master their class. As well as things like fight control during multiple 1vX situations, My opinion is that title belongs to Laintime. I'd argue he was one of the few players doing stance dancing and weapon swapping, his use of consumes and engineering is pretty top shelf as well.

Interesting info scattered throughout, but Tips is not a very good host. Surface-level questions with weak follow-ups. If Mn gives a vague answer, Tips doesn't know how to get a better answer out of him. Or Tips doesn't know how to phrase the question to get more than a one-word answer. Tips is almost afraid to challenge Mn's answers, almost patronizing Mn with the canned "absolutely insane" and "exactly" responses.

It comes down to playstyle and preferences. Both will get you to 60. However Moo is way more knowledgeable on the subject so I wouldn't take my word over his.

So modest. Orcs is more dependable and will be more applicable for the novice player. Monkeys spec takes PVP into account and is largely influenced by pvp effectiveness. Monkeys spec is aimed at a VERY specific playstyle, where orcs is more broadly focused on leveling.

So, for 2h slam. I have memory of the white attack clipping where you could cast slam slightly before a white attack and it wouldn't interrupt the attack, but I've seen a ton of clips of 2h slam built warriors just not using slam as a white attack clipper making me question my memory. Do you know if slam can be used to clip white attacks in vanilla?

For the guy asking about Thunderfury Offhand warriors you have to consider TF is MH only until 1.12 patch... so if Blizz uses the vanilla item prgression you won't ba able to use TF as OH before patch 1.12

Correction from a 15/15 Naxx Healer: Crystal Restore is not a waste of bag space, it scales with your +healing, allowing for a huge HoT on bosses where it's really REALLY needed, for example Maexxna. Awesome vid tho!

Hey there Tips. I've been watching your and Monkeynews' video a LOT in the 3 months you published it. I really like the arm leveling, however I've been trying to integrate the 5% crit from a lot earlier in the build with a respec at 40 to go full arm for the MS. I have watched a lot of videos and read as much guide / forum post / discussions, and never have I seen anyone suggest something like that. Have you ? What do you think of it ? stance dance was ass and just didnt feel good. you had to go battle stance just for some key talents/skills and then always berserker stance since thats just plain better. especially if you went deep in the arms tree, it just felt so lame... I miss the talent trees tho. epic shit

This is interesting as someone looking at rolling a Warrior for classic. I normally see people say you go Fury for leveling though, although Arms seems very tempting to me as I plan to tank dungeons as I level and Tactical Mastery is great. There's a lot of conflicting information. However, as I plan to take my time in Classic and not try to rush (something we do far too often in retail), I don't think it would matter as much.
