I accept your comment, Transportation allowance is free from tax up to 2200 or 25%, so if its > 2200,or 25% of basic salary it must be taxable. For example if B.s 10000 And T. allowance 2500, 300birr is taxable but if B.s is 5000 and T. Allowance is 2500, 1875 is taxable.
