A lot of studio apartments in bad areas are still around 1500 in LA, my guess is this is probably between $3500 and $6000 a month, maybe they managed to find the one in a million, but you won’t get anything near that nice unless you make good money. (I don’t live in LA but I spend most of my time atm searching for an apartment)
