Banana/Nentra Pazham-1
Chilli Powder-1/2tsp
Turmeric Powder-1/4tsp

Curryleaves-2 strings
Coconut Oil-2tbsp
Mustard Seeds-1/2tsp
Fenugreek Seeds-1pinch
Dry red chilli-2
Curd-1/2kg
Method
Cut banana in medium pieces and cook along with chilli powder,turmeric powder,salt and water
Make fine paste of coconut,cumin seeds and pepper ..
When banana is cooked well ,add coconut paste and boil well ..
Then add whipped curd and mix well..add curry leaves d sugar ..
taste it and adjust the taste ..
Dont boil the curry after adding the curd
When hot remove from the fire and season with mustard seeds,dry red chilli,fenugreek seeds and curry leaves ..
pour this to the curry,mix well and close for few minutes
so the tasty authentic kerala pazham kalan is ready to serve
